Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise making use of the bdjita platform (available at bdjita.app and any associated mobile-optimised pages), you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the bdjita platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bdjita ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the bdjita platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting [email protected].

Your continued use of bdjita following any modification to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically so that you remain informed of the current version governing your use of the platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the bdjita platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bdjita is an 18+ platform without exception. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily as a private individual and not on behalf of a business entity for the purpose of commercial gain.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gambling platforms.
• You do not have a gambling addiction that has been formally recognised by a relevant support organisation or healthcare provider.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or agent of bdjita or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners, and you are not a close family member of such a person.

bdjita reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts will remain restricted pending satisfactory completion of age and identity verification. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable period may result in account closure.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of bdjita services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladeshi mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) or bank account.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active bdjita account. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where bdjita identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonus funds held in those accounts may be forfeited. The primary account may also be subject to review.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to use your bdjita account. bdjita will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdjita support immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied without delay.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdjita operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with standard industry practice. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill showing your name and current address. bdjita reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdjita accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the bdjita platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bdjita does not charge processing fees on deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Deposits made via bank transfer or card may be subject to fees imposed by the issuing bank or card network, for which bdjita accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your bdjita account balance in real time for mobile financial service transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business day to be reflected in your account balance, depending on interbank clearing times.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions during standard processing hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to 3 BST business days. bdjita reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times in individual cases.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. bdjita will not process withdrawals to a third-party account under any circumstances. Where a deposit was made via a specific payment method, withdrawals of up to the deposited amount may be required to be returned to the same method.

4.4 Player Funds

bdjita maintains player funds in segregated accounts, separate from operational funds. This means that your account balance is not used by bdjita to fund business operations and remains available for withdrawal in accordance with these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bdjita offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses awarded by bdjita are subject to a wagering requirement, which means that you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the combined bonus and deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer will be stated clearly in the offer terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, the use of low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"), or any other form of systematic bonus exploitation is strictly prohibited. Where bdjita reasonably suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus, void associated winnings, and/or restrict or close the player's account.

5.4 Promotional Periods

All bonuses and promotions are subject to an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. It is your responsibility to note the expiry date of any bonus credited to your account and to use it before it expires.

Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Certified RNG Technology

All casino games available on the bdjita platform — including slots, table games, live casino titles, and instant-win games — are supplied by internationally recognised game studios (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure genuine randomness. bdjita does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so.

6.2 Disconnection Policy

In the event that your internet connection is interrupted during the course of a game round, bdjita's servers will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game round will be completed in accordance with the result recorded at the time of the disconnection, and the outcome will be applied to your account accordingly. bdjita accepts no liability for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game — including software errors, platform crashes, or display errors — bdjita reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the relevant players. Winnings generated from a game round that is subsequently identified as having been affected by a malfunction may be cancelled, and bdjita's decision in such matters shall be final.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

All cricket and sports betting markets on bdjita are governed by the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market type. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or voided at bdjita's discretion in the event of a material change in match conditions, abandonment, or where the integrity of a market is in question. Pre-match odds are subject to change up to the commencement of the relevant event.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjita platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if you are legally prohibited from participating in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Registering or operating more than one player account on the bdjita platform.
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.
• Using the platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financial crime, fraud, or illegal activity.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the bdjita platform or in any game supplied by a third-party studio. Any such vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event on which bdjita offers betting markets.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdjita staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your bdjita account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your primary verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 BST business days.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by bdjita

bdjita reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime; a failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable period; or receipt of a valid request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure (whether initiated by you or by bdjita), your right to access the bdjita platform ceases immediately. Any pending bets or game rounds at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with these Terms and the applicable game or betting rules. Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be returned upon closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdjita's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your bdjita account at the time the relevant claim arises.

bdjita shall not be liable to you for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, even if bdjita has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any kind.
• Losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bdjita platform, including losses resulting from internet connectivity failures on your side, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bdjita's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The bdjita platform is provided "as is" and "as available". bdjita makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors, although we endeavour to maintain a high-quality service for all players.

Amendments to Terms

bdjita reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, bdjita will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the bdjita platform.

It is your responsibility to read any such notice and to review the updated Terms before continuing to use the platform. Your continued use of the bdjita platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
